Workforce Strategies (WFS) is a specialist practice within MMB which focuses on consulting with clients to help improve performance in relation to workplace injury prevention and management. Within WFS, there are over 70 dedicated WHS and workers compensation specialists. Of this group, there are 14 with WHS experience and backgrounds, capable of delivering WHS advice and support.
All WHS consultants are tertiary educated and have extensive industry experience. We have a range of safety-related skills and backgrounds ranging from ergonomics, occupational therapy, physiotherapy, training, occupational hygiene and safety. We have developed targeted solutions to meet our clients’ objectives, which are applied on a customised basis to clients in any industry. Our solutions include:
