  • Members may call the Workplace Relations Advisory Service to obtain immediate advice to resolve issues and receive pragmatic solutions to complex matters.  This service will reduce your time outlay and associated costs whilst maintaining the reputation of your organisation
  • You can also access the resources, guides, updated industrial information and fact sheets on our website at any time
  • Our high-quality advice and resources available will ensure you receive the support you need for any issue related to being an employer. We give you peace of mind when dealing with the challenges you face whilst providing easy access to timely accurate information when it is needed
  • If the issues become more complex or ongoing support is required, the Workplace Relations team can provide a formal proposal for consultancy services including access to Specialist Advisers at Member discounted rates.
  • Our Advisors can assist you to discharge your obligations as an employer; and will work with you to find timely and effective solutions to any workplace relations challenges that might arise
