On Friday 31 May, Margaret Balsillie, our wonderful Human Resources Manager at Jobs Australia Ltd, hosted a highly successful training day for the Out of School Hours Childcare team at Northern Rivers Community Gateway in Lismore.
The feedback has been overwhelmingly positive. As one participant shared, “Thanks so much for the training. The feedback from the team has been great, and they are all feeling empowered, confident, and more cohesive as a team”. We love to hear this!
The Out of School Hours Childcare team operates Rainbow Region Kids, an affordable and inclusive service catering to school-aged children. With 14 services across the Northern Rivers region of NSW, they provide before school care, after school care, and a Vacation Club during school holidays.
