As the Chief Operating Officer and Deputy CEO Nicole brings leadership skills, business acumen and an ability to effectively manage our team, ensuring Members are at the centre of everything we do. Nicole is proud to be leading an incredible team that is informed, knowledgeable, creative, visionary, and committed to providing an exceptional service to the membership as well as providing a nimble and responsive approach to the ever changing environment of our Members.
