Bryan joined Jobs Australia at the start of 2023 as a Senior Advisor with his key responsibility to advise and advocate on key issues that impact Members and the services they deliver.
Bryan was a Commercial and Workplace Relations Lawyer for over 20 years. During that time he represented Members of both employer groups and unions in workplace disputes.
Bryan left the law to join the high-profile Leading Teams organisation. He spent the next three years travelling Australia where he ran leadership and team development programs for corporate and community organisations. Essendon Football Club in the AFL and Bendigo Bank were amongst his many clients.
During all this time Bryan volunteered in the community sector so it was no surprise he decided on a career change and joined the sector. Bryan spent over 10 years in the community sector in Senior Management, primarily at CEO level, in disability and employment services, training and social enterprise before joining Jobs Australia.
