The Jobs Australia Industrial Relations team aims to work in partnership with every Jobs Australia Full and Associate Member to ensure they fulfil their obligations as good employers.

Our experienced advisers assist employers in all areas of employee relations and human resource management, including award compliance, negotiating enterprise agreements, equal opportunity, dealing with industrial disputes, unfair terminations, and workplace change.

We provide a range of industrial relations and human resource management support. Our team of Industrial Relations advisers all bring their unique experiences to our service and provide accurate and up to date advice on daily issues arising in organisations, requests for information and assistance.

In addition, Margaret Balsillie provides HR consultancy services, as well as backup on IR advice, and Michelle Laufer provides industrial research and support and maintains paytables and other resources.
