The term Workers Compensation conjures up all sorts of imagery. At its heart, it’s essential for the smooth running of your organisation and as a business, it’s compulsory.

If something happens to one of your workers on the job, you want to be confident that you can be there for them and that you are covered.

At Jobs Australia, we give you this confidence. We've set up a fully funded program with our insurance broker, JLT, to take the pain out of managing your claims and policy matters and offer dedicated industry support for injured staff.

Our Workers Compensation program is collaborative – we work closely with your HR and Operational teams and individual staff to achieve the desired outcome. What’s more … it’s free to Blanket Cover Insurance Program holders.

“The Domestic Violence Resource Centre Victoria (DVRCV) approached the Jobs Australia National Community Sector Workers Compensation Program seeking a reduction of our annual workers compensation policy spend.

Through consultation with our insurer, the program was able to help us realign our industry classification resulting in a saving of around 55% on our annual premium.

DVCRV was kept updated on the process being followed by the insurer and allowed us to budget accordingly for the upcoming year.  DVRCV will definitely be contacting the program with any future workers compensation queries.”
