Debra has a reputation as a transformational leader who is invested in working with people to encourage them to be the best version of themselves. Recognised for her passion, energy and commitment to support individuals which stems from a career grounded as a health professional transitioning through clinical, education, management and leadership roles.
Deb provides leadership to Jobs Australia and works closely with the entire team who are committed to providing ongoing support, evidence-based advice and excellent service to our members.

Nicole joined the Executive Team in early 2019 bringing years of experience in the Health and Community Services sector to Jobs Australia. As the Chief Operating Officer Nicole is committed to ensuring the Jobs Australia team always has Members at the centre of everything we do. Nicole is proud to be leading a team that is informed, knowledgeable, passionate and committed to providing an exceptional service to the membership.
Nicole will ensure the business continues to grow, with the suite of services on offer constantly expanding and a nimble and responsive approach provided to the ever changing environment of our Members. Nicole hopes to meet as many Members as possible via visits, phone catch ups or at one of our upcoming events.

Emma joined the Membership and Marketing Team in early 2019 and has been instrumental in adapting and changing the delivery of Membership and Marketing at Jobs Australia. Emma has a passion for creating member-centric events and communications and is instrumental when it comes to the planning and implementation of these areas. Heading up the Membership and Marketing Team, Emma takes great pride in working closely with the team to ensure Jobs Australia Members are well-informed and heard. As a conduit between Jobs Australia and Members, you’ll no doubt meet Emma at one of our many events or training programs, or for a more personalised visit when doing Member visits.

David Amesbury has been providing expert Workplace Relations advice and support to the Aged Care, Early Childhood Education, Disability & Community services, industry sectors for over 25 years.
David has worked with Community Services, Industry Peak Bodies including, Leading Aged Services Australia, Aged & Community Care Victoria, Aged & Community Services Australia VCOSS, State and Federal Government Departments and the Fair Work Commission on Workplace Relations issues during his extensive career.
He also has expertise in managing complex workplace investigations that ensure members can make confident human resources decisions that are based on reliable, thorough and comprehensive investigation reports.
He is also skilled in managing difficult workplace relations issues including, disputes at the Fair Work Commission, unfair dismissals, adverse action claims, implementing workplace change, restructuring due to funding changes, redundancies enterprise bargaining, mergers & acquisitions, classification assessments, award or agreement interpretations.
David has been a reputable and reliable workplace relations Consultant for many years and has expert knowledge about the Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Industry Award 2010, Aged Care Award and the Fair Work Act.

Finance & Administration
Trish joined Jobs Australia in late 2018 in a part time capacity to support the Board of Directors’ secretariat function. Working closely with the members’ elected state representatives on the Board and the executive leadership team at Jobs Australia, Trish’s role is integral in maintaining the Board’s governance and compliance requirements. Whilst Trish’s work is very much in the background, she applies the Jobs Australia values of Integrity, Proactivity, Respect, Leadership and Progress to all the work she does in support of the Board of Directors and the Jobs Australia membership.
