What topics are covered?

Employing Indigenous Australians

Getting the right person for the job is only part of the solution.  Hiring them is just as important.  How do you offer an Indigenous Australian a job?  What will make them want to work for you?  What might happen when they walk through the door on their first day and why might your actions mean you have to go through the whole recruitment process again?

Recruiting Indigenous Australians

When employers are looking to recruit Indigenous employees they need to rethink everything from advertising through to resume selection panel member selection and interview techniques.  This workshop will equip your organisation to successfully recruit the right people.

Becoming and employer of choice for Indigenous Australians

Recruitment and retention of Indigenous staff comes easy once you are an employer of choice.  This includes supporting family and community.  This one day workshop will equip employers with resources and ideas to successfully become a part of the Indigenous community they are located in.
