This two part workshop includes a comprehensive overview of the principles of the recruitment and selection process, paired with a practical approach to induction and engagement strategies for new employees.

The workshop provides both theoretical and practical advice and activities and includes useful tools for managers to assist in planning and undertaking the recruitment process and then monitoring the new recruit’s progress during their initial critical relationship with the organisation.

Participants can expect to leave with a grab bag of examples, templates and comprehensive guidance materials to the recruitment and engagement components of the employment cycle.
