Policy is an important part of effective organisational management and while not necessarily thought of as the most glamorous human resources area, policies must  clearly and accurately address the issues they are designed to manage, be up to date with relevant legislation and be understood across the whole organisation.

This workshop provides a comprehensive overview of the thinking involved in developing and managing the suit of policies needed to provide compliance across an organisation and provide managers and employees alike with clear guidance around expectations.

This Jobs Australia professional development session will assist you to more clearly articulate your policy need, manage your existing policy and provide templates you to use to create  well written policy documents.

When: Friday 24th November 2017 - 9.30pm to 4.00pm. Lunch and Morning tea will be provided. (Arrival tea and Coffee from 9.15pm)
