The presentation will draw on insights and learnings from two ParentsNext program experts on how we can work together to use the power of innovation to help forge the future of the employment and related services industry. A future in which everyone thrives; our clients, our communities, and our industry. The presentation will respond to and invite conversation on some of the key points shaping our future: remote and regional servicing, Closing the Gap, collaboration and communities of practice, consumer advisory groups, and a broader application of digital technology services and flexible client servicing arrangements in our industry. Current examples of provider initiatives and achievements in these areas will be discussed as well as implications for future policy and service preparedness.
