Building for the Future: Organisational Resilience and Succession Planning | Sydney | 15 FEB
A resilient organisation manages risk, adapts to change, providing for the potential of a more creative and engaged workforce. To support resilience, organisations can use succession planning (in association with their workforce planning and retention strategies) to ensure they manage knowledge, skills and talent for long term benefit of the organisation and the professional development and enhancement of its most talented employees.
This workshop will take participants through:
- What constitutes a resilient organisation and how what does this relate to your own?
- What is succession planning and where does it fit within your overall workforce plan?
Bring along your current organisational chart and consider what positions your organisation could not function without.
This workshop is designed for all organisations interested in understanding key components of thriving into the future.
When: Thursday 15th February 2018 - 9.30pm to 4.00pm. Lunch and Morning tea will be provided. (Arrival tea and Coffee from 9.15pm)
