Jobs Australia are your trusted and valued partner with the capability and drive to support your focus in assisting unemployed people into work. Dedicated to the not-for-profit sector we are the independent voice for our members on matters that mean the most to you.
Our Members receive a wealth of information and services matched to their needs and circumstances. We’re on the pulse of any changes in the sector and provide advocacy and support as a united voice.
Jobs Australia’s Policy Team provides advice, information and assistance to members on a wide variety of program, operational and management issues. We offer timely analysis and commentary on key policy, program and operational issues.
We represent our members on a range of government advisory and consultative bodies and are influential in several national community and not-for-profit forums.
We regularly engage with relevant Ministers and with funding departments and other government agencies on matters of concern and interest to our members and collaborate with other organisations to promote the interests of disadvantaged unemployed people and of the not-for-profit sector. We also support academic research on matters of interest and concern to our members and their clients.
Because we receive no government funding, we are able to provide a truly independent voice for our members. We closely monitor and publish advice and information about policy and programme developments and issues through our Jobs Australia Weekly alert and our website. We operate a number of special interest networks and conduct CEO Forums and other events for our members.
Sign up for our interest groups or weekly alert to stay up to date with the latest news that matters to you.
