Infoxchange customised ICT Training
Information communications technology (ICT) is a crucial component of any community sector organisation. Effective use of ICT enables organisations to be more efficient, respond better to the needs of its clients, and meet operational and strategic aims. However, finding the time to attend a course to develop your ICT skills can be difficult with limited staff and tight budgets. Infoxchange Australia is pleased to offer a customised ICT training solution with a ten per cent discount for Victorian members of Jobs Australia (www.training.infoxchange.net.au/ jobsaustraliamembers). Course content ranges from introductory to advanced computer use in the Microsoft Office suite of applications and training can be delivered on-site at your premises, which reduces the cost and allows your employees to share the training experience together. Infoxchange will assess your requirements and design an ICT training program that matches the requirements of your employees with the aims of the organisation.
Infoxchange ICT Skills Assessment
Infoxchange can provide a customised ICT training program based on employee and organisational requirements. Infoxchange can also undertake an ICT skills assessment and provide a detailed report to shape the development of the program. Each employee completes an online survey (http:// surveys.infoxchange.net.au/s?s=1920) and the Infoxchange Training Unit will prepare a report with analysis of the results, identification of the training required, and a proposed training program. Following the assessment, should your organisation engage Infoxchange Australia to deliver training of more than $800 in value, the assessment would be complimentary. Should the organisation not engage Infoxchange to deliver training, the usual fee for the assessment will apply:
- $400 for organisations with ten or fewer employees;
- $500 for organisations with ten to twenty employees;
- $600 for organisations with twenty to thirty employees; and
- A quote will be provided for organisations with over thirty employees.
