Jobs Australia provides the nonprofit employment and related services sector with strong and effective representation in our own right, through our involvement in other relevant peak organisations and through alliances and partnerships with other bodies. We represent our members on a range of government advisory and consultative bodies and are influential in a number of national level community and nonprofit forums.

Industrial Relations Advice
We provide professional human resource management and industrial relations advice to our members. Our industrial relations advisers know and understand the unique features of our members’ operating environment. We provide up-to-date award and pay table information; regular industrial relations bulletins; representation in negotiations on enterprise bargaining and other employment matters; and free advice and assistance for the first two hours on industrial disputes or unfair dismissal claims.
